5.1. Artwork Quality and Customer Responsibility

We strongly encourage you to upload high-resolution images when customizing your product. The quality of your product largely depends on the quality of the images provided. If the submitted artwork does not follow our recommended guidelines, we cannot guarantee the print quality or the fidelity of the reproduction.

Please thoroughly review your design for accuracy, including but not limited to SPELLING,
CLARITY OF IMAGES, and TEXT PLACEMENT. The preview provided on the screen is a representation of the final product. We shall not be held responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, spelling mistakes, or inappropriate placement of the text.

5.2. Processing and Shipping

While we strive to ship orders within 5 business days of receipt, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order. This timeframe can vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.
If you have specific deadlines or need to expedite an order, we encourage you to contact us directly BEFORE placing your order. Expedited orders may incur additional costs, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

Please be aware that the delivery time after shipping is out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5.3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to reject any submitted artwork that appears to infringe upon or violate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. You, as the customer, bear full responsibility and liability for obtaining proper authorization to use any copyrighted or proprietary material.

5.4. Stock Limitations

There may be instances where product stock limitations occur, such as availability of specific colors, sizes, and brands, which could potentially delay or limit the fulfillment of your order. In the event of such limitations, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

We will strive to offer an alternative, comparable option to complete your order. Please note that such alternatives may potentially incur additional costs. If an alternative is not satisfactory or not possible, we will offer a refund for any items we are unable to fulfill.
