Customer Satisfaction

We prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@onitink.com within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please note, we are unable to accept returned items unless a return request has been made in advance.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your item immediately and notify us at info@onitink.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide photographic evidence of any issues.

We are not liable for any items that are damaged, lost or undelivered as a result of shipping once they have left our premises, but we will strive to work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for custom-made and PristmatiColor products, unless a production error has occurred. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items, clearance items, or gift cards. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@onitink.com within 14 days of order delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and unused. Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to determine eligibility for a return or exchange.

Refunds

If a refund is requested and approved, we will process it to your original payment method after inspecting your returned item. If we provide the return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, meaning the refund amount will be the total purchase price minus return shipping costs. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
