Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days. For custom and PristmatiColor orders, please allow up to ten (10) business days for shipping. If you require a custom or PristmatiColor order to be shipped sooner, please complete the custom quote and request expedited processing. Please note, expedited processing may incur additional charges.

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Shipping is typically via USPS, and delivery for standard shipping should occur within two (2) to seven (7) business days after shipment. We reserve the right to use another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.

All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless waived by Onit Ink. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice or during the checkout process if applicable, and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges may change without notice.
